During the research media buyers and clients will be asked to rate the sales teams they deal with across a variety of criteria and these are defined as:

Service
This relates to your teams helpfulness, manner and speed of response

Creativity
This relates to how innovative you are in meeting your clients’ needs

Proactive
This relates to how well you understand your clients’ current needs as well as your ability to anticipate future needs

Market Knowledge
This relates to how well you know your product and the options available to your clients
