Family has shown all the stresses and strains of a real family in recent times. Talk of marriages, divorces, estrangements, departures and other strange affairs have been in the air.
Their most recent Christmas card also hinted at the fact that 2007 was part their annus horribilis; a watershed where major clients stopped spending with them and realisation dawned that perhaps their classic agency business model was broken.
