Yes, you need a good product. Yes, service needs to be spot on. But that counts for nothing if you fail to communicate the benefits to an increasingly cost conscious client base.
That is why The Drum Media Awards is perhaps more relevant now than ever before. It celebrates good media sales practise outside London. There were two key parts to this award scheme.
