Do you think networking with other agencies is beneficial to the local scene?

I do and always have. I believe it is in the best interest of clients and agencies to mix and meet and swap experiences and best practices. The only reason agencies don’t mix is because they are fearful - fearful they may lose their staff or their clients to the opposition. Well here’s a news flash - you will lose your staff and clients anyway. Staff and clients will move on, not because of who you mix with, but because of what you do for your clients and staff so stop worrying and get out there. You can learn so much from your peer group, and I know they are your competition, but who out there understands the pressures you are under, or can give you guidance over rogue staff and clients better than your competition?
