With 11 million people using social networking sites it is clear they are incredibly powerful in marketing terms. But after a number of recent cases Steve Richards of Yomego warns that the industry is already on a knife edge and faces censorship.
Over recent weeks it has been impossible to ignore headlines slamming digital communities such as Facebook, Bebo and MySpace. As a result the social media phenomenon that now attracts over 11million users in the UK every day faces being crippled by censorship and increased regulation.
