Job Details

A F Selection is a specialist recruitment consultancy placing people in careers within the advertising, design, digital, marketing and PR sectors. We have been in business since 1988 and have branches in Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester. We have an extremely low staff turnover which we like to think is because of our honest and straightforward approach to business.

We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Sutton Coldfield team where you will be working with a fascinating selection of clients and candidates. On a daily basis, you will be working on a diverse mix of recruitment briefs for blue chip companies to small and medium sized creative agencies. You will be working in a close knit team and must be able to thrive in a supportive and cohesive environment. Our consultants are rewarded on a team basis which ensures we all pull in the same direction.

We require someone with a sound insight into the recruitment process and are looking for an opening where you can stay and grow with the business. It is very important that you are articulate, literate, thoughtful and discreet as well as being determined, persistent and able to connect freely with both applicants and clients.

In return, you will be joining an organisation which is extremely well established and still growing through difficult times. We offer a sound benefits package along with a competitive salary combined with attractive working conditions.
For an informal discussion, please feel free to call Simon Pettigrew on 0121 355 0955 or e-mail your details in confidence to simon@afselection.co.uk.
