Job Details

My client is a growing organisation and a leader in its field. Currently undergoing a period of significant growth within their e-commerce team, they urgently require an experienced Web Designer to help drive the business forward and help enhance their online proposition. Reporting into the E-Commerce Manager, this role will see you taking briefs from both internal and external sources, developing creative solutions, ensuring that band consistency is maintained. Working within a small creative team, you will help design and produce e-mail campaigns, create innovative designs for the web, as well ensuring the site and emails are designed and built following best practice for an e-commerce site. To be considered for this role, you will need to be a proven Web Designer, ideally within a retail capacity although this is not essential. You will have a good understanding in the requirements of e-commerce sites and email marketing. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver as well as XHTML/CSS. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines.
