My client has been one of the most iconic brands of the last decade. Based in Leeds, they have developed a dominant market position and have become one of the UK’s most loved brands. Currently strengthening their brand position, they urgently require a Senior Designer to join its fantastic in house creative team. Working with some the regions top marketers and creative’s you will help design and develop material and literature across a range of disciplines, including POS, Press Ads, DM and Packaging. Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained, you will play a key role within this great creative team, acting as a mentor and coach to rest of the team. You will be actively involved in creative discussions, brainstorms and briefings, as well having a hands on role in the production of concepts and designs. As a senior member of the team, you will be required to provide technical advice, creative ideas and innovative solutions to sometimes challenging briefs. To be considered for this role you must have a real passion for creativity and design and must be from a strong design background. Experience of working with a Design agency background would be a distinct advantage. You must be a real team player and be able to work within what is sometimes a busy and frantic environment. Successful candidates will need to be competent in the use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and must be able to demonstrate this with a fantastic Design portfolio.
