A Gateshead based client of ours is looking to make a key appointment in the form of a Creative Director over the coming months to head up their creative studio and bring an infectious enthusiasm and passion for ideas.

Ideally you will have had experience of having already worked in a consultancy environment; however the priority in this key appointment is the quality of ideas as well as the ability to encourage and inspire an existing team of creative professionals.

Working across are range of different projects our client are looking for someone who can provide creative and original bespoke solutions, as well as convey these ideas and the rationale behind them to clients in order to ensure clear and consistent high standards of impact and clarity.

Your fervour for creativity and ideas should also stretch to the pursuit of new skill, and a keen interest in new processes and skills which can be used to improve and build on the existing talents of the studio. As such, our client is looking for someone who is a team player and is committed to inspiring and encouraging colleagues to build on and develop their own skills.
