A Leading Midlands agency have a very rare and exciting opportunity. They are looking to appoint a research manager/senior research executive/insight manager.


Research Role requirements:
• Ability and desire to own and manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects from pitch to final debrief
• Strong quantitative skills essential (questionnaire design, data analysis)
• Qualitative skills desirable but not essential as can be developed (discussion guide development, moderation, analysis)
• Confident presenter able to deliver presentations to senior audiences
• Ability to think creatively when approaching research essential – you will often be starting with a blank sheet of paper!
• Exceptional communication skills crucial – many stakeholders (external and internal) are unfamiliar with research so require clear explanations and hand-holding.
• Coaching skills vital to develop skills within existing team
• Previous research agency experience highly desirable but negotiable dependent on candidate
• Computer literacy – use of powerpoint essential
• Salary dependent on experience - £24-28k + car
