Advertising Administrator (3 month contract, with a possibility of becoming permanent)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advertising Executive to join a small but highly professional full service agency in Glasgow. Some of their high profile clients include leading names in the travel, automotive and charity sector.

This role is a unique & exciting opportunity to join the agency as an Advertising Administrator. You will be responsible for liasing daily with various media and checking advertising costs are correct. Some of the specific duties will include:

" Booking advertising positions within various media pubications on behalf of agency clients
" Entering client's advertising bookings on the internal booking system
" Generate media orders / purchase orders and send orders to relevant media
" Provide client's accurate media schedule
" Collating details on artwork requirements such as dimensions, URN number, transmission details, copy deadlines etc
" Prepare the copy schedule for the design department
" Proofing invoices, ensuring they are correct prior to billing
" Maintain accurate records/files and assist advertising department

You will possess a minimum of 2 years advertising agency experience, be highly organised and efficient and possess a keen eye for detail.
