Someone who has the right ingredients for creating beautiful design work, with experience in branding/ corporate ID and publishing will be ideal.
You should have 2 years agency experience and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Quark.
Web experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
Salary up to £25,000
