You will need to have previous experience working within a large scale Java web applications environment, with experience of automating application deployment and configuration management. Technically you should be experienced with Java, J2EE, Oracle, UML and XML. You shall be working within an Agile development environment, so any exposure to Agile would be desirable, but not a show stopper if you have not worked within Agile previously. It would be a nice to have if candidates have working knowledge of release management. As an IT Build Manager, you will lead the continuous build, test and deployment processes, and work closely with the release management team. You will be responsible for building applications that support IT standards and assist the development team throughout the build process.
