Leeds Media, the body created to promote the city’s media and communications sector, has appointed Poulter Partners and Brahm to launch its first national campaign.
The campaign, currently under construction at Poulter’s, aims to focus on the fact that the city is now the third largest centre for media and communications in the UK, whilst also ranking as one of the fastest growing.
Fellow Leeds agency Brahm has been charged with masterminding the body’s inaugural showcase event, which will take place on October 30 at The Royal Armouries.
Speaking about the new drive Terry Morden, chief executive of Leeds Media, said, “This is the first time the city’s media sector has promoted itself on a national level and marks a significant step forward in the development of our organisation and of the media and related businesses in Leeds. We are proud of both the quality and range of services offered by our members and want decision makers throughout the country to come here and see it for themselves.”
