The Foundry pull real ale after pitch

Leading real ale brewer Theakston is looking to consolidate its market position with the appointment of Manchester\'s The Foundry to handle its creative account.
The agency, which has conducted various design-based projects for the brewer in the past, collected the business following a competitive pitch.
Kevin Murphy, The Foundry\'s MD, commented \"Winning the Theakston pitch against leading industry names is testament to the verve and imagination that our team has invested in this project. The Theakston family has recently bought the company back from brewing giants Scottish Courage and is now one of the few family-run breweries in the UK. It is an exciting time for the company and it is gratifying to be chosen to produce
work that reflects this.\"
The agency\'s other client\'s include Coca Cola,Scottish Courage,and Scholl.
