Third Eye Design has completed a cross-media campaign to promote Mactaggart & Mickel’s latest development, Barony Gate. Barony Gate is a collection of 121 flats, duplexes and townhouses in Glasgow’s Anniesland district, offering flexible homes for families and first-time buyers. To promote the development, Third Eye was appointed to develop a new brand, which involved designing an identity, naming the development and creating a strapline. This was then applied to a range of sales material including brochures, a sales centre, press and billboard advertising, online micro site and postcard packs.
