Mediacom in Edinburgh has picked up a new piece of planning and buying business for Scottish Natural Heritage, business expected to be worth around £750,000 to the agency over the next year.
Scottish Natural Heritage is the body tasked with caring for and promoting Scotland’s National Nature Reserves with the ultimate aim of promoting the beauty and diversity of Scotland’s natural heritage.
Recently appointed Mediacom will work with 1576, which was appointed more than a year ago, to promote the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, new legislation that was approved by the Scottish Parliament in July 2004. The new legislation has been put in place to offer guidance on responsible behaviour for those making the most of Scotland’s outdoor areas.
The new campaign will kick-off in the second quarter of next year and will include press, television, outdoor and radio.
