Iris Manchester appointed by Hoover Candy Group for launch

Integrated marketing agency iris manchester has been appointed by Hoover Candy Group to develop the consumer and trade launch campaign for its Candy major domestic appliance range.
The activity will be centred on the flagship of the range, the new Candy Grand’O washing machine. To support the launch, iris has produced a press campaign that launches the machine to trade publications. The company has also developed a nationwide in-store promotion in conjunction with JJB Sports to run across June/July. This will be promoted through the use of in-store collateral material to appear in 600 stores across the UK.
Lindsay Wall, managing director of iris Manchester, said \"The Candy brand is aimed at independent young adults. Dramatising the unique product features with an incentive that taps into this attitude, with a retail partner that provides them with an easy access point to the brands that they want, is really compelling.\"
