Recruitment consultancy Hudson has promoted Karen Scott to managing director of its Scottish business.
She replaces Andy Rogerson, Hudson Scotland’s MD since 2002, who was recently promoted to chief executive of Hudson’s UK and Ireland business.
Scott joined Hudson in 2005 as director of the company’s executive division. She was previously senior VP of human resources of Damovo, a global telecoms company, and European HR director for Polaroid Corporation.
