Frame hires Mawhinney and BD-NTWK’s Notley

Frame has announced two new appointments including that of former TBWA creative, Steve Mawhinney, as its senior art director.
Mawhinney has spent a period of time working freelance for the Glasgow-based agency, but has now joined on a permanent basis.
Previously deputy creative director at Faulds, Mawhinney moved to become joint creative director at TBWA Edinburgh in 2003 alongside fellow Faulds’ creative, Pete Bastiman.
In his career, Mawhinney has worked on major campaigns for clients such as Persil, Playstation, British Midland, Scottish Executive, Auto Trader, and most recently through Frame, Bulmers.
Meanwhile, Frame has also announced that Justin Notley has joined as a new account director.
Notley, who joins from BD-NTWK, has 12 years experience, delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns, including brand development, advertising, direct marketing, design and sales promotion.
In his career, Notley has worked with brands such as Lurpak, Reebok, Tennent’s, Anchor, Cravendale and Carling.
