Navyblue, has appointed Phil Jones as Chairman of the Edinburgh, London and Leeds based group.
Jones has been appointed with a remit to help further develop navyblue’s global offer, building on the growing portfolio of non-UK based clients.
Said Geoff Nicol, founder and joint managing director of navyblue: “Succession management remains at the heart of our business. Doug Alexander, my fellow founding partner, and I have been working together since April of last year on strengthening the team at all levels. As a result, we recognised the need to put the right individuals with specific skills in place to help facilitate growth for the company."
