Freight creates site for Michelin star chef Fairlie

Freight has created a new website for restaurant Andrew Fairlie based at the Gleneagles Hotel and Resort.
The site, which launches next week, features images shot by Newcastle-based photographer Alex Telfer and Glasgow-based photo-journalist David Gillanders and involved shoots in Paris, Umbria, Arran, Galloway and at Gleneagles itself.
Freight worked closely with the only two Michelin star chef in Scotland and consultant Gregor Mathieson of Splendid Group in creating a site that aims to reflect the quality of dining at the restaurant and also gives insight into the winning chef’s approach to his craft.
Adrian Searle, director at Freight, said: “We wanted to create an intriguing online insight into what it is like to dine at the restaurant, without giving the game away too much.
“The site includes three separate areas, covering the restaurant, behind the scenes in the kitchen and a profile of Andrew himself.”
