Code lands Original Source and Carex brands

PZ Cussons has appointed Code Computerlove as digital marketing agency for its Original Source and Carex brands, following a two-way pitch.

The Manchester agency will undertake digital strategy, planning, design and build, in addition to online marketing for both brands.

"Code's digital expertise will help us to exploit this powerful communications channel to great effect to reinforce key marketing objectives,” said Michael Harper, Brand Manager at PZ Cussons.

"The pitch was part of the company\'s overall strategy to rationalise the number of agencies used across our brands and to understand - and importantly leverage - how online can deliver our brand objectives.

The win caps a good spell for Code which has also secured paint giants Crown’s digital marketing strategy after a three-way pitch, which will see them develop Crown’s new consumer website and overhaul its digital marketing. The site will launch in March.
