Clyde and Forth owner Emap agrees asset sale

The sale of Emap's Radio and consumer magazine divisions to German Publishing company H Bauer has been approved at a general meeting held today.
The deal will include the sale of Radio Clyde and Radio Forth as part of a deal thought to be worth £1.14billion in total.
