Uber creates imagery for new Sega title

Design / England & Wales

Gaming giant Sega has tasked Uber to create the imagery to adorn all creative for its new game, ‘The Club’, due to be launched nationwide on February 8.

The Sheffield-based agency describes its look for the action game as: “An image in which blaxploitation flick meets Tarantino with a nod toward 70s Bond and Banksy street art.”

The agency has worked on creative for earlier computer game titles ‘Mortal Kombat’, ‘Lord of the Rings online\' and ‘Call of Duty’.

Uber director Richard Benjamin said: “We took half a dozen ideas along to the pitch and the image you see on all the game packaging, as well as in the press and fly-poster advertising, is the one we all agreed summed up the feel, look and energy of the game.”
