Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life insurer, has briefed Origin to work on its annual report and accounts and its summary report, which will be mailed out to over half a million members.

The appointment follows Origin’s work in designing the Group Pension Scheme annual report for the firm.

Origin client services director Paul Adams said he was relishing the challenge of trying to engage and involve Royal London members, rather than, “talk down to them as so much corporate marketing does.”
