Taylor Wimpey moves to appoint Haslimann Taylor

The 10-strong team that will be heading up the account has also been tasked with handling PR for Bryant’s 16 regional businesses and to oversee George Wimpey’s network of regional agencies.

Taylor Wimpey was created in July last year following the merger of George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow and is now the UK’s largest housebuilder. HT has worked on the Bryant Homes business for more than eight years.

Deputy managing director Sarah Kent, said: “This is a broad-ranging brief. Nationally, our focus will be on establishing Taylor Wimpey as a market leader and helping to build distinct positions for its consumer brands. At local level, effective PR will be crucial in the current, more subdued, housing market and we will deliver campaigns that raise awareness of developments and drive quality traffic to site.”
