Kyle said: "As an alcohol company we work to a phenomenally stringent code, more stringent than any legislation that's in place currently... We work very closely with the Government and alcohol agencies to use those platforms to promote responsible drinking messages and that is seen as a positive endorsement.
"The feedback which we have from the Government...is that in the short term there are no plans to restrict alcohol advertising for sponsorships and while that's the case we will continue with those dialogues and continue with those responsible measures, and try to enhance those measures, to protect the position that we have."
DF's Geoff Ellis and Kyle revealed the line up, including a host of Scottish artists such as KT Tunstall, Biffy Clyro, newcomer Amy McDonald and international acts Rage Against the Machine and REM.
