Government media buying contract extends to 'unaware' public clients

Despite the Scottish Government expanding its £60m media brief last year to include all governmental agencies and public sector bodies, it has become apparent that a large number of the quangos that could use the media facility have failed to do so as they are still unaware of its availability.
