The Bank of Scotland has commissioned Realise and Whitespace to create a new website to support its Entrepreneurial Challenge, a scheme that gives would-be entrepreneurs access to a £35m venture capital fund. Using Whitespace designs as the starting point, Realise built the site and developed an online application feature to enable entrepreneurs to sign up fast. The Challenge will take place over seven UK regions with the bank looking for established and growing businesses with a minimum turnover of £2m to impress its judges with their creativity and vision. Each winner will receive up to £5m funding free of interest for three years. The site, which was completed within six-weeks, will be accessed by users UK-wide.Fiona Proudler, creative services director at Realise said: “This is not the first time Realise has worked in partnership with another agency to deliver a high quality project and this is proof again that it can work very successfully.”
