Find out who was crowned North of England Design Consultancy of the Year at this afternoon's ceremony in Manchester.

The award, sponsored by Eastern Digital, was handed out this afternoon at the annual design lunch, this year held at Manchester’s Castlefield Rooms.

It cemented a fruitful afternoon for Love, which also came out on top in the Creative Poll and was judged top consultancy by industry contemporaries in the Peer Poll. Love’s Alistair Sim was also named MD of the Year.

Music, the firm launched by former Love creative director David Simpson at the start of the year, was named One to Watch for 2008, as voted for by industry peers.

It proved a good afternoon all round for Manchester design agencies with Hemisphere topping the financial poll and Mark Studio ranked number one for Client Satisfaction.
