SPL brings in dog digital for three year contract to develop online portal

The Scottish Premier League has appointed Dog Digital over three years to develop its online presence.

Following a five-way pitch, Dog Digital will initially re-design and re-develop the SPL website. The new look will aim to provide a higher standard of service to fans and supporters while also strengthening the endorsement of sponsors and develop future sponsorship opportunities.

Gerry McCusker, joint managing director of Dog Digital, said: “We are working to give the SPL much more than a website, creating an online presence which will provide users with a more engaging experience.

“We will achieve this using a mix of social marketing, search marketing and the creation of bespoke applications. We see a great opportunity for the SPL to enhance its online presence, and offer a source of information to all SPL fans.”
