Realise funds and develops eating for Scotland site with STV’s Jardine

Edinburgh-based digital agency Realise has developed a new dedicated website for Eating for Scotland which is part of a campaign by STV presenter Stephen Jardine to see everyone eating Scottish produce.

Realise has funded the entire project which was launched by Jardine – also a columnist for The Scotsman – earlier this year.

Jardine has secured support from the likes of STV and ScotRail, with First Minister Alex Salmond pledging to eat only Scottish produce for a week.

Scotland’s top chefs, including Nick Nairn and Andrew Fairlie, alongside some of the country’s award winning food producers are also backing the initiative.

The website was launched last week to coincide with the Taste of Edinburgh festival and includes Jardine’s food diary, advice, recipes and links to food producers.
