London-based agency Billington Cartmell has also been selected to replace Poulters in handling below-the-line work for the retail arm of William Hill, following a pitch that involved a number of agencies.

The Black Hole will handle DM for the bookmaker, replacing Prego, after coming through a pitch.

Meanwhile, Elmwood is believed to have been appointed to work on in-store design, with the task of giving William Hill’s retail outlets a revised look and feel.

A pitch for sales promotions and partnerships is ongoing, while Manchester’s Blue Chip is understood to have been handed project work for the firm.
