As AVC Media Enterprises prepares for its £3m office expansion in Aberdeen, the agency has completed a deal that will see it merge with web development company Creatus to build its IT offering.

The company has acquired the fellow north east web development company, which was founded in 2002 and is led by senior developer, Steven Milne.

Milne’s role as senior developer will be retained and he will be responsible for the development and implementation of technical communications solutions, while also working on the expansion of marketing strategies.

Meanwhile, the agency has also appointed Jodie Dawson as marketing communications manager for conference and training.

The extension of the company’s headquarters will see a further 1530 square metres of floor space, over four floors added to the current facility in the outskirts of Aberdeen.
