Booths to hold four-way pitch for marketing account

Northern retailer Booths has shortlisted four agencies to pitch for its marketing account, currently held by McCann Erickson Communications House Manchester.

A spokesperson for the Preston-based firm, which has more than 25 stores across four countries, confirmed to The Drum that four agencies have been shortlisted for the pitch and that the review is now closed to further interested parties.

McCann, which also handles the marketing account for the Aldi supermarket chain, is among the four agencies in the pitch.

A decision is expected around mid-August.
