The two companies will focus on driving adrenaline-loving web users to the Nae Limits site.
The deal marks the latest stage in the adventure tourism operation's latest strategy to reach the summit of a highly competitive industry.
Nae Limits has become one of the Scottish tourism sector's hottest operators. It has been voted one of the UK's 50 Best Activity Weekends for five years running and is the recipient of multiple awards.

The companies will share the same stage when they meet for the National Business Awards Scotland in September. Nae Limits is a finalist in the Best Tourism Business category while bigmouthmedia is in the running to be named Employer of the Year.
