Glasgow based social media agency, Yomego, has announced two new appointments as it expands to meet growing interest in User Generated Content (UGC) platforms, virtual worlds and animated characters.

Keli Mitchell joins as group account director from Frame, where she has been based for the last seven years working with Scottish & Newcastle and Gala Bingo.

Former maths and philosophy teacher, Alec McEachran has also joined as a web developer, having over three years of experience delivering bespoke applications on websites, CDs and mobile devices.

Yomego is also looking for more web developers  and designers.

Steve Richards, managing director of Yomego, said; “Between business wins and business prospects, we know we need to gear up to meet growing demand from brands and businesses wanting to capitalise on the opportunities presented by social media.

“We’re delighted that Alec and Keli are joining us. They both bring important skills that will support our development.  But the recruitment will not stop there. There is a great momentum behind Yomego at the moment.”
