As Ofcom publishes its major review on Public Service Broadcasting, Blair Jenkins of the Scottish Broadcasting Commission gives The Drum an exclusive interview and states that it will be public opinion and demand that will influence and shape the future of digital television.

In the interview, Jenkins discusses the intention to create a Scottish Network which will run across both broadcast and online, and how that will benefit digital design and creative agencies in Scotland.
