AVC creating KCA DEUTAG induction film

AVC Media Enterprises production team has been awarded a contract by engineer contractor KCA DEUTAG to produce a corporate induction film demonstrating the company's culture, work practices and core values to a growing global workforce.

The film aim to be accessible to a wide and varied audience and also demonstrate the client’s global reach with a four week filming schedule visiting its operations in Dubai, Oman, Angola, Siberia, the North Sea and Aberdeen.

Dave Cormack, head of training for KCA DEUTAG, commented: "As we continue to grow the company worldwide, the need to communicate our corporate work practices, processes and beliefs is greater than ever. We have operations in more than 20 countries worldwide including in the UK, the Middle East, Russia, Europe, Asia and Africa.

"Although communicating a corporate message to a global workforce with disparate languages, races, religions and customs is a challenge, the core values and work practices of KCA DEUTAG will remain the same which is a key element of the film."

The project is expected to be completed by early November.
