Following the news that the newly launched Galaxy Scotland is to partner with Flyglobepan in a sponsorship deal, the station has also agreed a deal with Gocompare.com.

The insurance comparison website will sponsor Galaxy Scotland’s traffic and travel reports for the next five months.

Global Radio’s launch director for Galaxy Scotland, Cheryl Levington, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured a national brand such as Gocompare.com to our traffic and travel sponsorship. We are thrilled that they have chosen to join Galaxy Scotland to communicate their message within Scotland.”

Flyglobespan is to sponsor weekend mornings for four months to raise the profile and awareness of its new holiday destinations from Scotland.
