Ricoh gives Curious digital brief

Ricoh the global manufacturer of digital document solutions has appointed Curious Digital as its online partner to support its online corporate brand awareness activity and online marketing across EMEA.

Curious Digital are currently engaged in EMEA online brand planning, creative and content development, build and infrastructure, web analytics and search engine optimisation strategy – which will start to roll out spring 2009.

Javier Diez-Aguirre Director, corporate communications EMEA at Ricoh, commented: “Curious has been given a tight brief to deliver a consistent and refreshed look and feel for Ricoh online.  We will also work with Curious to enhance our online advertising and search marketing across Europe.”

Following a series of workshops with key Ricoh stakeholders and a usability study, Ricoh and Curious will launch a new online presence that addresses the needs of Ricoh’s diverse customer base and highlights its expertise in hardware, services, solutions and consultancy.

Adrian James, client services director at Curious Digital, said: “We look to build upon Ricoh’s global credibility and reputation in the market to develop an online presence across EMEA that truly reflects the passion and traditions this established brand brings to digital business solutions. Using our teams of expert pan-European planners, creatives, analysts and optimisers we will provide an engaging and simplified online experience for business customers.”
