Emperor Edinburgh Expands Digital Department

Emperor Design’s Edinburgh office has expanded its digital division through the appointment of Robert Anderson, who joins from Glasgow agency ‘999’.

Anderson will head up the Scottish office’s web team, reporting to Emperor’s main interactive division headquartered in London. Existing and future work will include all Emperor’s Scottish clients, plus a variety of international projects.

Neil Reynolds, MD, commented: “The mood at the moment is clearly pretty gloomy all round the world, at least on the surface, but our core client base of listed companies recognises the need to continue to communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, both offline and online. In fact, for many of these firms, it’s never been more important.”

This latest appointment comes on the back of further growth in the financial reporting division of the Edinburgh office, with account directors Sally Binnie and Emily Thorpe being recruited from Tayburn and Bigmouthmedia respectively, and design director Nick Needham moving across from Navy Blue.
