The Direct Marketing Group has announced a series of restructures within its group of companies in response to future needs of the market.

A spokesperson said that the restructure "will allow each of the individual companies at DMG – Millennium, DMPrint, DMS, Whitewater and JDA – to focus on core strengths whilst enhancing the groups’ integrated marketing solutions."

The restructure will see JDA take on agency services on behalf of Millennium clients – allowing Millennium to focus itself on its mature niche as a pure market research and consultancy service.

Mike Ashton remains as managing director of a 90-strong JDA, while Millennium will be headed by Kevin Lavery, which will be bolstering its mature market credentials through the introduction of additional mature market consultancy services online and offline.

Ashton commented on the restructure saying: “I am incredibly excited by the restructure and it will mean JDA can offer clients an enhanced and broader range of services.”
