Golley Slater Cardiff's call centre chosen for Comic Relief

One of this year’s Comic Relief call centre stations will be at Golley Slater Cardiff which will help handle calls with donation requests on the evening.

52 call centres were assessed in Wales alone, but Golley Slater Cardiff’s call centre was chosen due to its capabilities and previous charity sector involvement.

Tammy Martin, head of operations at Golley Slater, said,”Golley Slater has always been actively involved in Comic Relief running events with the staff, its great that now we can even man the phones for the appeal. We will be using 45 full time staff and the 30 other people are Golley Slater volunteers. It will be a fun night.”
