Edinburgh's Mightysmall has been appointed to produce a multi-media campaign to advertise the new look Rutland Hotel, following its £4m makeover

As well as a new bar, restaurant, club lounge, the boutique hotel now boasts the country's first ever interactive bar.

The campaign, which breaks this weekend, includes 48 and 6 sheets, and the agency has also employed a fleet of Digital Ad vans, which will run a 30 second commercial shot for the hotel.

Tamsin Ansdell, director at Mightysmal, said: "The Rutland really has changed everything but the name and it is a completely different place now, so we wanted to make sure that all the advertising left people in no doubt of that."

I like the idea of a digital advertising van. I think mightysmall are the first people to use one in Scotland. Good move. It opens up interesting possibilities of using these vans for showing short films out and about too.
