Paul Mallett who heads up Swamp, Brahm’s digital sister agency has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.

Mallett has led the digital division since it was acquired by the agency in December 2006 and has seen it grown to a team of 40 working alongside clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Schwarzkopf, Umbro, Yorkshire Water and Warburtons.

Mallet will continue to drive the development of swamp in addition to his new board responsibilities with Brahm.

John Morgan, chief executive at Brahm, said: “Paul has built the Swamp team to its enviable position today as one of the country’s most effective digital marketing agencies. He has worked at the forefront of online marketing since its inception and has been instrumental in developing innovative and strategic campaigns for a range of national and international clients. His appointment to the Brahm board is key to the ongoing growth of the agency and demonstrates our commitment to investing in our digital expertise. He is a valuable addition to the Brahm board.”

Mallet said: “In the two years since Brahm purchased swamp we have seen substantial and continuing commercial success in swamp's core digital business.  More recently we have combined forces with established Brahm teams to launch new services including a full Online PR offering, OnVisible.  I'm looking forward to developing further initiatives which will see the combined swamp and Brahm offer becoming a truly 21st century agency continuing to play at a national and international level.”
