Purebrand has announced that Nelson McConnell has been appointed to the newly created role of creative director.

McConnell joins the agency from Brahm where hs was creative director for Teamwork, its foodservice marketing specialist arm.

In the past McConnell has work with clients such as Kellogg’s, McCain Foods, BT and Warburtons, and has gained experience in developing strategic marketing campaigns for both consumer and B2B, across a broad range of sectors including FMCG, food service, financial services, utilities and the public sector.

Simon Ryan, managing Ddrector for Purebrand, commented: “Nelson has a proven track record working with some of the UK’s biggest brands. His appointment adds considerable experience to our talented team and he will be tasked with driving  the development of Purebrand’s creative reputation.”

McConnell, said: “Purebrand is a fresh and dynamic agency with some outstanding people, great clients and exciting ambition, and I look forward to playing a part in the continued success of the company.”
