Sustainable Futures appoints Propaganda for brand identity

The Yorkshire and Humber Sustainable Futures Company, a not-for-profit subsidiary of Yorkshire Forward, has appointed Propaganda to create a new brand identity.

The Sustainable Futures Company works with businesses in the region to reduce their carbon emissions. Propaganda will now work on the company's identity, hierarchy, vision and value proposition.

Joanne Pollard, Sustainable Futures' managing director, stresses the importance of the company communicating its message.

She said: "While the current business climate is undoubtedly tough, the environmental issue is one that will define the future commercial and socio-economic landscape that we will ultimately operate in.

"It is of paramount importance that all businesses understand the profound impacts of not being environmentally proactive and the clear commercial and growth opportunities that come from implementing energy efficiency and sustainability development programmes."
