Digital agency, One Black Bear, has developed a new web platform for the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

The site enables people to track the flight path and location of the Whooper Swans as they migrate from the UK to Iceland. Thanks to Google Earth you can drop down to literally a birds eye view and see what the swans are seeing.

Gareth Brown, Partner in OBB said: "This has been a really interesting project to be involved in and is part of a much wider remit we have with WWT.

"Unlike most sites making use of Google's map API, we have also developed the site to work with Google Earth's new web browser plugin, allowing you to follow the swans at birds eye view without the need to use the Google Earth application.

"Over the coming months we will be helping WWT to develop their main website as well as various digital communications channels."
